Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Divine Dhritii, we value every client and strive to provide the best possible guidance, services, and products. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before booking or purchasing.

1. Consultation / Service Bookings

• All astrology, numerology, and consultation bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

• If you are unable to attend the scheduled consultation, you may reschedule once by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be considered as availed services and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

2. Products (if applicable)

• For physical products (e.g., spiritual items, gemstones, puja materials):

  • Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch/shipping.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged/defective or the wrong item is received, provided you inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Digital Products / Reports

• Personalized reports, remedies, and other digital products are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as they are custom-made.

• In case of any technical issue (e.g., non-receipt of email), we will ensure the report is resent at no extra cost.

4. Token / Advance Payments

• Any advance payments made for rituals, pujas, or custom remedies are non-refundable, as resources and preparations are arranged in advance.
