• Divine Dhritii reserves the right to terminate any account with false or misleading information.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

9. CALL WITH CONSULTANT

By using telephonic consultation services, you consent to being contacted, even if your number is registered under DND.

10. CONTENT USAGE

11. CANCELLATION & REFUND

• Once a consultation or spiritual service has been scheduled, assigned, or initiated, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.

• Cancellations made before the service has been assigned or initiated may be considered for a refund, at the sole discretion of Divine Dhritii.

• No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the user.

  • Failure to answer or attend a scheduled consultation (telephonic, video, or in-person).

  • Dissatisfaction with the guidance, remedy, or outcome of the session, as results may vary based on individual belief and interpretation.

• All session timings and consultant availability are subject to change. Divine Dhritii will make reasonable efforts to inform users in advance and reschedule if needed.

• If a refund is granted (in rare, pre-approved situations), it will be issued after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges, including payment gateway fees.

• All services offered are for spiritual guidance and wellness purposes only, and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological treatment. By booking a service, the user agrees to this understanding.

12. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users agree to:

• Not post or transmit illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

• Not engage in unsolicited advertising or spamming.

• Not misuse or abuse any service provider or consultant.

• Report misuse responsibly.

• Use services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized.

13. BANKING INFORMATION

You confirm that:

• All payment details provided are accurate and legally yours.

• You authorize us to charge your card or account for payments made on the Website.

14. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

18. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.
